Our program is open to students, early-career professionals, and mid-level experts looking to grow in business, AI, cybersecurity, and other tech fields.

Mentorship usually involves meeting once or twice a month for 1–2 hours, depending on the mentor’s and mentee’s availability. Additional group sessions or workshops may be included.

We match based on career goals, areas of interest, and expertise. Our team reviews applications carefully to ensure strong and meaningful mentor–mentee connections.

Currently, our programs are location-based. However, many mentoring sessions are held online, so remote participation may be possible depending on the mentor.

Most mentorship cycles run for 2-3 months, but the exact duration may vary depending on the location and structure of each program.

Mentees and mentors often stay connected informally. You’ll also become part of the MindWise alumni community, with opportunities for networking, events, and continued learning.
